Mango Gut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 100g frozen mango
- 2 tbsp of macadamia nut butter (or cashew butter)
- 1.5 cup milk (almond or coconut)
- 4 tablespoons of plain chicken meat stockĀ

Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender (or you can use a handheld stick blender) and blitz for about 1 minute, until thick and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy immediately.

Variations:
- You can also make this recipe into icy poles. After blending pour into icy pole containers and freeze.
