Mango Gut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 100g frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp of macadamia nut butter (or cashew butter)
  • 1.5 cup milk (almond or coconut)
  • 4 tablespoons of plain chicken meat stockĀ

Method:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (or you can use a handheld stick blender) and blitz for about 1 minute, until thick and creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy immediately.

Variations:

  • You can also make this recipe into icy poles. After blending pour into icy pole containers and freeze.
  • Why not try using other berries for a flavour sensation of your choice!
