In order to be healthy, you do not need to test every marker, turn every dial, and find the optimum levels of every nutrient in your body. You simply need to give the body all of the building blocks and remove the blockages to optimum functioning.

Metabolism Reset and Hormones

Our circadian clock controls the release of many hormones in our body. If you have any hormone issues going on, then trying to address them without getting the circadian rhythm on track is like continuing to paddle against the tide - it is so much hard work and eventually the tide will push you back. This isn’t just important for adults - circadian rhythm impacts our sex hormones, growth hormone and therefore metabolism leading to higher risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes - it is very important for our children. Poor circadian function leads to lower growth hormone production, and therefore can impact our children’s growth and development.

The Preparation Phase

This isn't a 'diet starts Monday' approach. At no point through this reset should you be feeling hungry and deprived and be craving other foods - this is a sign your body is in stress and will actually mess with your metabolism. Starving your body teaches it that food is scarce and it needs to STORE EVERYTHING - probably a key reason your metabolism is not working well now. The Preparation Phase eases your body into the reset by giving it what it needs, not just taking things away. 

The Reset Phase 

You will move to The Reset Phase when your body is ready - when you are no longer craving other foods and you can easily follow the parameters of the reset whilst feeling satisfied, satiated, and seeing things like energy and sleep improve. At no point will you be forcing your body into this - we are resetting your body's own innate metabolic function. 

The Weight Loss Phase

This phase is for those that are looking to achieve weight loss. This is where we make some adjustments in-line with your body's needs - again, we do not follow a 'deprivation' approach, you will feel satiated, satisfied and very well nourished through this process! 

The Maintenance Phase

One thing we never recommend - being on a 'diet' forever! The truth is you absolutely don't have to be. When your metabolism is functioning well, your body knows how to manage your appetite, weight, energy, sleep, mood and hormones really well, and this should not require your conscious input. The Maintenance Phase takes you through how this all looks moving forward.

Good morning! I thought I’d share a couple of wins!
I had a pretty much symptom free cycle last month (crazy to think I was told I was in early menopause by several doctors) the Chasteberry really helped (took it from ovulation) I have also started drinking a tea before dinner with calendula, dandelion root, st Mary Thistle, chamomile and liquorice. This has seemed to help with bowel movements in the morning which is my biggest concern.
