Zucchini Hummus

This is a variation of a hummus recipe that uses zucchini as the base rather than chickpeas. It is much easier to digest and is super delicious.
Ingredients
2 zucchini, cooked & chopped
1/2 cup tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
If it's too thick add some more olive oil or water.
2.Drizzle with extra olive oil to serve.
