2-3 sprigs of thyme
Teabag of organic lemon & ginger tea is a great starter
Honey
Thyme is antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-parasitic, antiviral
Ginger can be used against fever, good for pain
Lemon is a great source of Vitamin C
