The last few years have changed all of our lives…

but when it comes to living a long, happy, healthy life, nothing has changed there! Join us for this online summit where our goal is to ground you back down in the simple ways you can be living the best life possible. We understand that these past few years have created a lot of uncertainty and stress, which adds to the confusion and overwhelm. For one weekend you can push that all aside and start rebuilding that solid foundation of health and wellness for you and your family. When you have the solid and unshakeable foundation to rely on, then you are well equipped to face anything that might be thrown your way. We are also using this opportunity to raise funds for those that have been affected by the floods in NSW and QLD, with 100% of the profits going to the people that need it most.

Date: 2 & 3 April (Recordings will be available if you can’t make it live)

Time: Saturday 10am-2pm (AEDT) Sunday 10am-2pm (AEST) *Please note daylight savings ends in NSW on Sunday 3rd April at 3am which will affect the presentation times for other states.

Fundraising: All funds raised will go to Mullumbimby Neighbourhood Centre, Baby Give Back, and It Takes A Town. Well Belly Health Clinic and Quirky Cooking will be absorbing all administration costs and fees for this event so 100% of your donation will go to those in need.

Helen Marshall

Helen’s mission is to empower people to be accountable to their purpose with a new business model of freedom – the Primalista Licence. The model was born from a desire to share a successful grain free food business model.  As a health coach, Helen saw first hand how people ‘fell off the wagon’ as they missed comfort food staples like bread, pizza, pastries and cookies.  So she created nourishing alternatives to the foods everyone loves and they literally sold like hot cakes.
